Walk Racing Team driver, Bogdan Cărămidaru, claims his maiden victory in season 2 of DRS at H2 Classics in Germany, He told us his impressions about the event.
"This was a good rally for me. Few mistakes here and there thai I could have done without, especially making one (about 10 seconds worth) in the 4-5th corner in stage 1 of the rally was not good for morale. Glad for the win and I am glad that it was a close fight and I prove that FWD can hang on, but the fight with RWD is an uphill one. I was about 90-95% from my pace, I can go a gear higher but that comes with a lot more risks and I already make mistakes at this level, we will see how it is on dirt but I expect to be fighting for the podium and not for the wins. Congrats to all!" he said.
Bogdan is 3rd in H2 Classics standings with 45 points and he drives a VW Golf GTI.
